We have since promoted several deck & engine ratings to Captains, Engineers, Superintendents & Managers. In 1997-2002 Atlas Marine was formerly Vickers Marine ltd which had leased & managed Tugs & Crane Barges for private & state-owned companies. i.e Trinmar & Petrotrin. Also managed operations for Seabulk Offshore Ltd of Houston, Texas & United Tugs Inc of Cut Off, Louisiana.
