Celia Singh – Chief Operating Officer An Electrical Engineer by training with a certification of Quality Management, Celia has spent most of her 29 years of practice in the ICT related field. She has developed and managed ICT implementation projects for financial management, customer relationship management, human resource management, document management, health management systems, telephone communication and networking.
